Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Carefully pack your Yaber device in its original packaging, including all accessories, cables, and manuals to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
